I ordered this dress for my 6 YO who is tall, so I sized up and got the 12 (biggest size available). However, when the dress arrived, it was still too short revealing her undies. When I emailed to ask for a return, I never got a reply. I tried calling their so called "24/7 customer support" as stated on the website, and never got connected with anyone. Total waste of time and money!
