RETURN POLICY

Our Return for store credit is 30 Days

Our REFUND POLICY (if eligible )

Our refund policy lasts 14 days.

We have a 14 days exchange /refund policy.

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, we can look at your situation to assess if a store credit is available to you though.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ worn and/ or washed and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

- Personalised Items
- Gift cards
- Worn and/or washed clothing or accessory of any type, including shoes, socks, tights, beanies and headbands etc.

*All return postage is at the customers own expense* 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases .

We do not refunds if the incorrect size is ordered, in this instance you would be eligible for a store credit once the items are returned. 

If you request a refund due to a faulty item you must contact us within 14 days with photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If you are approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please ensure the correct address is entered when ordering as any customer input errors that result in your parcel going to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you wish to exchange items due to change of mind or incorrect sizing a store credit will be issued to the same value once your items have been returned and inspected, this does not include postage expenses. 

SHIPPING

To return your product, please email us at  info@bijoububs.com with the details of your order and the items being returned. We will then provide you with a return address within Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty due to no fault of your own then the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed.

If returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLING AN ORDER 

Once you place your order online we cannot alter, exchange or refund the order whilst in processing. If you wish to exchange your items once received please refer to our exchanges & returns policy above for further information.
