Bijou Bubs is an Australian store specialising in all things beautiful for baby & little kids. Pick something special , personalised, well made and on trend here at Bijou Bubs. Store is run by Mum of 4 ; raising a newborn through to tweenagers and catering to their and living needs were the inspiration for this store. We stock products from local to global , sourcing quality items, and many are hand made / or made to order. We are also proud to soon be supporting and stocking some new Aussie labels - watch this space.

Order processing & dispatch takes approx. 3-5 business days.

Shipping takes approx. 7-14 business days from dispatch. This includes items sent directly from our overseas warehouse & International suppliers.
We have a 14 days exchange /refund policy. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ worn and/ or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases or if the incorrect size is ordered, in this instance you would be eligible for a store credit once the items are returned. 

If you request a refund due to a faulty item you must contact us within 14 days with photo evidence to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If you are approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please ensure the correct address is entered when ordering as any customer input errors that result in your parcel going to the wrong address will not be eligible for a refund.

 

** Some Best Selling Items are available for Express Delivery within Australia – please email us if required urgently for an event and we will do our best to assist with your requirements. Express delivery is subject to availability of the style and additional Australia Post cost may apply.
