We ordered an outfit for our daughters 1st birthday party.
It never arrived, and when contacting the store we were told we would receive a full refund & a gift as an apology. I was so grateful of this, but as more time passed I hadn’t received either. Not expecting a gift, but was hoping for our money returned. Upon emailing again, They responded stating we would get a full store credit, to which we do not want and was not agreed on previously. It’s now been 45 days since and we still haven’t received our original order, we haven’t gotten a response to our emails regarding our refund or even the store credit.
We will not be buying from this store again.
