Toddler Girls Swimsuit Bikini , Blue Florals, from 12 months-12 years

Purchased two bikinis for my 7 year old. Wanted to size up so she would get more wear out of it, so purchased the largest size 8-9 yrs.
Firstly, I didn’t know my order had arrived as they put the incorrect phone number so I didn’t receive any updates. Secondly, my daughter couldn’t even get the top on. She is normal, average size for a 7 year old! I’ve emailed 3 times now and haven’t had a response.
Very unsatisfactory. I feel like the sizing is totally incorrect, and it’s made my daughter body conscious. I’ve emailed asking if the wrong size was potentially sent by accident, wanting to exchange for the correct size etc, but now after not hearing back I would just like a refund.
Very disappointing.
